KENNETT SQUARE, PA — State Rep. Christina Sappey, D-Chester, is urging local residents to voice their opinions at a public input hearing regarding PECO Energy Company’s proposed rate increases. The hearing, arranged by Sappey and the Public Utility Commission (PUC), offers a platform for consumers to express concerns about potential hikes in electric and natural gas rates.
