WARMINSTER, PA — Signature Systems, Inc. (SSI) has partnered with The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska to deliver a modern point-of-sale (POS) system for the Prairie Flower Casino in Carter Lake, Iowa. This installation marks SSI’s first gaming partner in Iowa and coincides with the casino’s significant expansion, which has boosted its size to 70,000 square feet.
The updated system includes state-of-the-art hardware, such as mobile tablets and kiosks, designed to enhance operational efficiency and the guest experience at the 24/7 gaming destination. Raymond Bertschy, Prairie Flower Casino’s Director of Food and Beverage, highlighted the importance of SSI’s reputation in their decision. “SSI’s POS had the features we were looking for, but their reputation for reliability was the key factor in our decision,” he said.
The SSI system was introduced in February 2025, following the casino’s extensive expansion, which increased its footprint by 700%. John White, Executive Vice President and CTO of SSI, emphasized the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of underserved tribal properties. “We’re proud to have served The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska in helping them to actualize their vision for their expansion. We look forward to our continued partnership and the continued success of their casino,” White stated.
This collaboration reinforces Signature Systems’ growing presence in the gaming industry while aligning with Prairie Flower Casino’s goal of providing top-tier guest service.
