HARRISBURG, PA — Raymond Nattress, 46, of Lower Allen Township, has been sentenced to 23 to 46 years in state prison for the repeated sexual abuse of a child between 2020 and 2021. The conviction follows a trial where Nattress was found guilty of three counts of rape of a child, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and additional charges including aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.
A Cumberland County Judge also sentenced Nattress to 12 years of probation and ordered him to register as a lifetime sex offender.
“Individuals who prey on and repeatedly harm children have no place in a free society,” said Attorney General Dave Sunday. “The bravery of the victim to tell their story, along with great work by Lower Allen Township police and my team, ensured this defendant is behind bars for decades.”
The abuse began in August 2020 and continued through February 2021. The victim’s testimony was critical in securing the conviction.
The case was referred to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General by the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office and prosecuted by Senior Deputy Attorney General Jaime Keating.
