Essential Utilities Appoints Ed Vallejo as Investor Relations Director

BRYN MAWR, PA — Essential Utilities Inc. (NYSE: WTRG) has announced the appointment of Ed Vallejo as its new director of investor relations. Vallejo brings over 30 years of experience, including more than two decades in the water and wastewater industry, to his new role at the company.

Vallejo will focus on building and maintaining relationships with Essential’s shareholders and the broader financial community. His responsibilities include preparing investor-focused communications such as presentations and earnings reports.

Before joining Essential, Vallejo served as Managing Director-Investor Relations Advisory for INSPIR Group, a New York City-based investment strategy firm. His career spans various roles in investor relations, investment banking, financial planning, and strategy.

Vallejo holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York Institute of Technology. Beyond his professional achievements, he contributes to the community as a board member for The Welcoming Center in Philadelphia, which supports immigrant integration and thriving communities.
