Shocking Incident in West Chester: Homeless Man Arrested for Public Indecency

WEST CHESTER, PA — A 42-year-old man has been arrested on allegations of indecent exposure following an incident reported in the borough of West Chester.

According to authorities, officers from the West Chester Borough Police Department responded to a call on February 16, 2025, at approximately 11:42 a.m., on the 50 block of West Chestnut Street. The complaint involved allegations that a male individual had exposed himself in the area.

The suspect, identified as Travis Moore, a homeless man, was subsequently taken into custody. Following an investigation, Moore was charged with indecent exposure. He has been transported to Chester County Prison, where he awaits arraignment.

Officials remind the public that all charges are allegations, and Moore is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
