Manhunt Underway for Suspect in Felony Retail Theft Allegations

EXTON, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for a 43-year-old man in connection with allegations of felony retail theft in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Theodore Leverne Johnson, described by authorities as 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 203 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, is wanted by the West Whiteland Township Police Department. The warrant, issued on February 13, 2025, was filed through District Court 15-4-3 under Docket No. CR-51-2025. The case is being tracked under Police Reference ID#: P25041064.
