Police on the Hunt for Woman Wanted in Felony Retail Theft Case

EXTON, PA — Authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of a 30-year-old woman in connection with allegations of felony retail theft in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Thelma L. Raybon is wanted by the West Whiteland Township Police Department. The warrant, issued on February 14, 2025, was filed through District Court 15-4-3 under Docket No. CR-52-2025. Police have described Raybon as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The warrant is associated with Police Reference ID#: P25047319.

Investigators have urged the public to assist in locating Raybon. Anyone with information is asked to contact the West Whiteland Township Police Department directly at 610-363-0200. Additionally, tips can be submitted online.
