KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The highly anticipated 13th Annual Kennett Winterfest is set to take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 600 S. Broad Street, Kennett Square, PA. Organized by Kennett Collaborative, this year’s event promises an impressive mix of over 60 breweries, live music, and exciting new features for attendees.

Expanded Offerings for All Attendees

Winterfest will include a brand-new non-alcoholic (NA) ticket option, offering non-alcoholic beer samples from reputable brands like Athletic Brewing and Guinness, as well as signature zero-proof mocktails sponsored by Chatham Financial. This effort aims to make Winterfest more inclusive for those who prefer to skip alcohol while still enjoying the festival.

“For 13 years, Kennett Winterfest has been a celebration of craft beer, community, and connection. This year, our volunteer committee is making it bigger and better with new experiences like the best ‘snacklace competition’ to go along with the ‘best dressed competition.’ Winterfest is about creating memories, welcoming everyone, and having fun together!” said Mary Lou Baily, Event Coordinator.

Breweries and Entertainment Lineup

More than 60 breweries will take part, showcasing a range of craft beers, ciders, and meads from Pennsylvania and beyond. Highlights include local favorites like Braeloch Brewing and Victory Brewing Company, regional names like Cape May Brewing, and up-and-coming breweries such as Space Cadet Beer from Coatesville.

Live performances by All the Living and the Dead and It’s About the People will add vibrant indie-pop and Americana roots music to the atmosphere. Additionally, the Band of Media Brewers will host a hands-on demonstration for homebrew enthusiasts.

“This Winterfest marks the first anniversary of the Chester County Cheers Trail, which we at Chester County’s Brandywine Valley launched last Winterfest, and once again, we’ll be offering an extra 300 points toward trail merch at the festival. There’s so much to look forward to at every Brewfest and Winterfest, but this past year of fests and leading up to this Winterfest have been really special,” shared Jack Lodge of Chester County’s Brandywine Valley.

Food and Unique Vendors

This year’s food vendors include favorites like Bacon on a Stick!, Natalie’s Fine Foods, and Lobster Rolls and More, offering a range of mouthwatering bites. Attendees will also find unique vendors, such as one offering permanent jewelry as lasting souvenirs.

Adding to the fun, attendees are encouraged to dress to impress for the Best Dressed Competition or get creative for the Best Snacklace Award, a lighthearted addition to the day’s festivities.
