OAKS, PA, and LUXEMBOURG — SEI® (NASDAQ: SEIC) has announced the appointment of three key leaders to its Luxembourg office as part of the company’s strategy to enhance its global operations and drive growth. Luxembourg, a leading hub for global fund management, plays a vital role in SEI’s European expansion. The company ranks seventh among 129 fund administrators in Luxembourg for assets under administration (AUA) and is the largest private credit fund administrator worldwide.
Claire Matteucci has been named Head of Depositary, overseeing SEI’s recently launched depositary services in Luxembourg. With nearly two decades of experience, she previously served as Head of Depositary for Standish Management Luxembourg and held senior roles at PwC Luxembourg.
Joining as Conducting Officer for compliance and risk is Manuel Martin de Rosales, who brings 20 years of expertise. He previously served as Head of Compliance with Brookfield Asset Management and Oaktree Capital Management, supporting products across credit, private equity, and infrastructure.
Laurent Scherer takes on the role of Business Development Director, leveraging his extensive background in asset services, client engagement, and business development. Scherer most recently worked as Business Development Director at Gen II Fund Services and has held leadership roles at BNP Paribas and Apex Group Luxembourg.
