Burnham Holdings Declares Dividends and Announces Retirement of Longtime Director

LANCASTER, PABurnham Holdings, Inc. (OTC-Pink: BURCA) has declared dividends on its common and preferred stock and announced the retirement of one of its longest-serving Board members.

At the December 12, 2024, meeting, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share for common stockholders and a semi-annual dividend of $1.50 per share for preferred stockholders. Both dividends will be paid on December 30, 2024, to shareholders of record as of December 19, 2024.

The company also confirmed that its Annual Meeting will take place virtually on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time through a secure online platform.

Additionally, Burnham Holdings announced the immediate retirement of William F. Dodge, II from the Board of Directors. Mr. Dodge, who joined in 1999, is one of the longest-serving directors in the company’s history. “We thank Bill for his many years of dedicated service on the Board of Directors and wish him well in his retirement,” the company stated. “His insights and leadership will be missed.”
