The incident occurred on the morning of December 11, 2024, at approximately 11:44 a.m. The victim, a 63-year-old woman, was waiting for a bus near 1100 Market Street when an unknown individual approached her. According to reports, the suspect, described as a Black female, began screaming at the victim without apparent cause. The situation escalated when the suspect struck the victim in the face with a closed fist, causing her to fall to the ground.

The suspect is described as having black hair and wearing a black hat, black jacket, blue jeans, and tan boots at the time of the incident. The motive for the apparent assault remains unclear, and investigators are seeking to track down the individual for further questioning.
