Parkesburg Woman Arrested for Alleged Fraud and Theft

PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has announced the arrest of 46-year-old Stephanie A. Ortlip on multiple charges of alleged fraud, theft, and related offenses. The charges follow a criminal investigation that began in April 2024 after an initial report was made to local authorities.

Ortlip was taken into custody on December 11, 2024, and has since been arraigned. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place at District Court 15-3-07. Specific details regarding the alleged offenses have not yet been disclosed as the investigation remains ongoing.
