BALA CYNWYD, PA — Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc. has announced the appointment of Benjamin Lowe as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 2, 2024. Mr. Lowe will oversee key financial operations, including treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and tax. He will report directly to Scott G. Bruce, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, and will work with senior management on strategic initiatives.
Mr. Lowe succeeds Glenn J. Breisinger, who is set to retire after serving as CFO. To ensure a smooth handover, Mr. Breisinger will remain with Radius through the first quarter of 2025 during the transition process.
“Ben has proven leadership and expertise in all facets of finance and corporate management and brings a wealth of financial, transactional and operational experience with many forms of digital infrastructure, which will be invaluable to Radius,” said Mr. Bruce.
Mr. Lowe joins the company from Crown Castle, where he held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer. He also gained operational experience as Vice President of Leasing and Real Estate Operations during his tenure. A graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Political Science.
Based at Radius’ Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania headquarters, Mr. Lowe’s appointment marks a key step in strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to grow in the digital infrastructure space.
