With a deep understanding of leadership development, Hooper has helped over 100 mission-driven organizations—ranging from nonprofit foundations like Seattle Foundation and San Francisco Foundation to major sports organizations such as The NFL—strengthen governance, culture, and succession planning. His work emphasizes building diverse and inclusive leadership teams to foster transformation and measurable impact.

He also held leadership roles at the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford University and Year Up Bay Area. A Stanford graduate and former football team captain, Hooper’s dedication to equity-focused strategies extends into his professional and personal pursuits.
