WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have reported the arrest of three men in connection with alleged drug-related activities in the city. The arrests stem from an investigation conducted by the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division, which focused on suspected illegal drug sales in the 1000 block of Lombard Street.
On November 6, 2023, at around 10:32 a.m., law enforcement officers executed a search warrant in the area. Upon their arrival, three male individuals attempted to flee on foot. After a brief chase, police successfully apprehended Gregory Dorsey, 34, Nemesis Robinson-Moore, 33, and John Hernandez, 27, without further incident.
The ensuing search yielded a significant amount of controlled substances and weapons. Officers recovered a .32 caliber handgun, a .45 caliber handgun, 57.4 grams of crack cocaine, 17.2 grams of cocaine, 3.9 grams of heroin, 82.88 grams of marijuana, 72 Alprazolam pills, 56 Oxycodone pills, 65 Ecstasy pills, 14 Suboxone strips, drug paraphernalia, and $1,062 in cash.
Gregory Dorsey faces multiple charges, including possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and several counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances in Tier 3 and Tier 2 quantities. Other charges include assault, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Dorsey was arraigned and is being held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $250,000 cash-only bail.
Nemesis Robinson-Moore has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession in Tier 1 quantity, and resisting arrest. He was arraigned and released after posting a $6,200 secured bail.
John Hernandez faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. Following his arraignment, Hernandez was released on $1,400 unsecured bail.
These charges are currently allegations, and each individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
