PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Bucks County Community College Foundation (BCCCF) is poised to host its esteemed biennial fundraising gala, “Celebrating Student Success,” on Saturday, November 16, 2024. This significant event aims to generate crucial funds for the Bucks Student Emergency Fund while paying homage to the enduring contributions of the Michael G. Fitzpatrick Foundation.

Set against the elegant backdrop of the historic Tyler Hall Mansion and the picturesque Tyler Gardens on the Newtown Campus, guests will be treated to an evening of sophistication featuring live entertainment, dancing, and auctions. This event offers attendees the chance to change the lives of Bucks County students, underscoring the Foundation’s commitment to educational support.

The gala’s proceeds will bolster the Bucks Student Emergency Fund, established in 2020 to provide micro-grants to students facing unforeseen financial difficulties. These grants assist with essential expenses such as food, auto repairs, and emergency childcare, ensuring students can continue their educational pursuits without interruption. Since its inception, the Fund has aided over 240 students, with the inaugural 2022 gala raising more than $90,000. This year, the Foundation aspires to surpass that milestone.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available through celebratingstudentsuccess.com, or by contacting Andrew States, Interim Executive Director, at 215.968.8417.
