CHESTER COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is set to undertake essential stormwater improvements on Route 841 next week.

This project, taking place between Chesterville Road and State Road in London Grove and Franklin townships, Chester County, will result in lane closures from Monday, October 7, through Friday, October 11, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

The improvements are crucial for enhancing road drainage systems, thus mitigating flooding risks and boosting overall safety. Motorists should plan for additional travel time due to anticipated traffic delays and backups, with all activities contingent on weather conditions.

To stay updated on real-time road conditions and minimize disruptions, drivers are encouraged to visit the MyChesCo Traffic Center, which offers continuous traffic alerts and updates.
