Were You There? Witnesses Needed in West Chester’s Late-Night Altercation Investigation

WEST CHESTER, PA — In the early hours of September 14, 2024, West Chester Borough Police responded to an incident on the 50 block of North High Street following reports of a physical altercation. Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim suffering from lacerations, who was promptly transported by emergency medical services to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The investigation revealed that the altercation involved an alleged attack by a white male, who reportedly struck the victim before fleeing the scene. Authorities are actively seeking information from witnesses to piece together the events leading up to the altercation.
