Joseph Regan Re-Elected as President of Pennsylvania State Lodge FOP

MECHANICSBURG, PA — The Fraternal Order of Police Pennsylvania State Lodge has re-elected Joseph Regan as president. A retired patrolman from the Lower Merion Police Department and lifelong Philadelphia resident, Regan will serve another term following a decisive election at the PA FOP’s 48th Biennial Conference held in Bethlehem from July 14-18.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve another term as Pennsylvania’s FOP State Lodge president,” Regan said. “This past year, we dedicated ourselves to providing the essential training and education for policing in the current climate. I look forward to working with our leadership team to continue our mission of protecting those who protect us every day, as well as actively recruiting the next generation of heroes.”

Joining Regan, the newly elected slate of officers includes:

  • Charles Bailey of Montgomery County, Pioneer (PSP) Lodge 37, as vice president.
  • Yvette Clark of Philadelphia County, Michael G. Lutz FOP Lodge 5-Philadelphia, as second vice president.
  • Vincent J. DiCenzo Jr. of Allegheny County, Allegheny County Lodge 91, as recording secretary.
  • Jason Brinker of York County, Capital City Lodge 12-Harrisburg, as financial secretary.
  • Joseph Brown of Berks County, Berks County Lodge 71, as treasurer.
  • Kenneth Kensill of Erie County, Erie City Lodge 7, as sergeant at arms.
  • William J. Buttenbusch IV of Montgomery County, Montgomery County Lodge 14, as trustee.
  • Christopher Eiserman of Delaware County, Delaware County Lodge 27, as trustee.
  • Eugene Hatcher of Lehigh County, Le-Hampton Lodge 35-Lehigh/Northampton, as trustee.
  • Justin Butler of Lackawanna County, E.B. Jermyn Lodge 2-Scranton/Dunmore, as trustee.
  • Richard Ruffolo of Allegheny County, Fort Pitt Lodge 1-Pittsburgh, as trustee.
  • Jonathan Wyant of Lycoming County, Conservation Police Officers Lodge 114, as trustee.
  • John Fiorill of Lancaster County, Red Rose Lodge 16, as national trustee.
  • Steve Fiorillo of Lehigh County, Queen City Lodge 10-Allentown, as parliamentarian.
  • William Wiegman of Bucks County, Bucks County Lodge 53, as chaplain.

Regan’s career spans 28 years with the Lower Merion Township Police Department, where he served as president of Lower Merion FOP Lodge 28 for four terms. His past roles also include recording secretary, financial secretary, and guard for the State FOP, as well as chair of the PA FOP Legislative Committee and executive director of the PA Foundation. Additionally, Regan has served on the National FOP Labor Committee and chaired the National FOP Recruitment and Retention Committee. He is also president of the Montgomery County Police Memorial Committee.
