Kennett Square Man Sought on Privacy Invasion Allegations

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Thomas Simon, 41, is being sought by police after charges of invasion of privacy and wiretapping were filed against him. According to the Kennett Square Police Department, Simon allegedly secretly video-recorded a victim without their knowledge from October 2023 to December 2023.

The police received the report on January 4, 2024. After investigating, they filed charges of interception, disclosure, or use of wire and invasion of privacy in District Court 15-3-04. An arrest warrant for Simon was issued on July 12, 2024.

The incident reportedly took place on the 800 block of S. Garfield Street. Authorities have stated that the details of the case may change as new information emerges.

Simon is described as a white male, 5′ 10″ tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. The police emphasize that Simon is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
