WILMINGTON, DE — The Philadelphia Business Journal has listed Diversified as a Finalist for Best Place to Work in Philadelphia for the second year in a row. This announcement follows another recent award from USA Today where Diversified, LLC joined their list of “Best Financial Advisory Firms 2024.”
Diversified is headquartered in Wilmington, DE and has an office in Wayne, PA which qualifies for inclusion in the Philadelphia Best Places to Work list. Employees were surveyed by Quantum Workplace in order to be included in this list, and one employee stated “This company treats employees the same way it treats clients – like gold. If you work hard and continue to help the company grow you will be recognized and rewarded.”
Diversified is managed and co-owned by CCO David Levy and President Andrew Rosen who joined the firm in 2010. “At Diversified, we continually prioritize the well-being of our employees.” said Andrew. “Our core values stress the importance of work-life balance, and we genuinely care for each person that helps us make Diversified a wonderful place for our clients.”
Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2024 Best Places to Work report is an annual survey that ranks companies based on employee feedback via surveys from Quantum Workplace. Diversified did pay a fee for the nomination in order to cover the survey work completed by Quantum Workplace. This award was received in May 2024 and covers the time period of 2023 through 2024. Employees were surveyed in the spring months of 2024. The award provider is The Philadelphia Business Journal. Criteria for the award includes employee surveys and employees located in the greater Philadelphia area. This is not an award solely for financial advisors.
