Seasoned senior living executive to lead top-rated Chester County retirement community
MALVERN, PA — Echo Lake, a SageLife senior living community in Malvern, PA, welcomes Michele Sepples as General Manager.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Sepples will be instrumental in creating and overseeing the senior living community’s annual budget, implementing plans to maintain and grow occupancy, and managing staff.

Sepples attended Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA where she earned bachelor’s degrees in arts and humanities and European history. She also studied at Quinnipiac University School of Law.
