With the holiday season in full swing, you may be left searching for that perfect gift for the golfer in your life. With so many gadgets and gift ideas on the market, it can be overwhelming trying to determine that hole-in-one of a gift.

PXG Philadelphia surveyed customers throughout the month of November to determine what Philly golfers want for Christmas. Here’s what they found:

Golf Lessons

This year, 55% of customers want to improve their putting and short game. What better way to sharpen those skills with a personalized, one-on-one lesson. Whether you’re a self-proclaimed pro or brand new to the sport, everyone can benefit from some extra time on the green. To up their game even game even more, consider pairing the golf lesson with a new fitted club (more on that below!).

Outer Layers

There are a ton of options for every season when it comes to golf apparel. This year, golfers are gravitating towards warmer clothing options with 64% of customers reporting that they want an outer layer. Instead of picking out another vibrant polo, opt for a pullover, quarter zip, hoodie or vest. Warmer winters of late have turned Philly golf into a year-round sport, so Philly golfers are increasingly adding layers to their wardrobe. These apparel pieces can also be dressed up or down, serving as a great multipurpose item that transitions from the green to the club house.

Club Fitting

Golf clubs are like fingerprints; they’re unique for each person. Golfers were mixed when it came to clubs, with PXG Philadelphia customers wanting just about every club from drivers and woods to irons and wedges. Golf clubs are an investment, so rather than going blind and purchasing clubs for someone, PXG Philadelphia recommends purchasing a fitting, to ensure the clubs are perfectly designed for the golfer in your life.

From the experienced veteran to the golf newbie, Philadelphia golfers are always looking to improve, whether it be their wardrobe, clubs or play. Take the guess work and stress out of your holiday shopping this year with these golf options that any golfer will love.
