West Whiteland Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Shoplifting Suspect

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department is actively seeking information on the whereabouts of Adejah Carter, a 29-year-old female. Carter is wanted for her failure to appear in court on a charge of shoplifting.

The warrant for Carter’s arrest was issued on November 13, 2023, by District Court 15-4-3 under Docket No. CR-283-2023. She is facing one count of retail theft, which is a misdemeanor under Pennsylvania law.

Carter is described as a Black female, 5’1″ tall, weighing 170 lbs, with brown hair and black eyes. The incident related to the charge took place in Exton, PA.

The West Whiteland Police Department is urging anyone with information about Carter’s current location to contact them at 610-363-0200 or to submit a tip online.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
