Philadelphia Police Seek Public Assistance in Identifying Looting Suspects

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) is requesting the public’s help to identify several suspects involved in a looting incident at a Foot Locker store located at 1519 Chestnut Street. The alleged theft took place on September 26, 2023, at approximately 8:00 p.m.

In an effort to identify the individuals, the police department has released video footage of the incident. The clips show multiple individuals who are now wanted for their involvement in the looting and theft at the Foot Locker store.

The PPD has urged the public not to approach these suspects if they are spotted but to contact 911 immediately. The police are also inviting the public to submit any tips they might have related to this crime or the suspects involved. Tips can be submitted via telephone by dialing 215.686.TIPS (8477). In addition, tips can also be texted to this number. The police have assured the public that all tips will remain confidential.
