Felony Retail Theft Warrant Issued for 63-Year-Old Man

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has issued a felony warrant for 63-year-old Luis Rivera. Rivera is wanted in connection with a retail theft incident, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

According to the department, the warrant for Rivera was issued on November 3, 2023, by District Court 15-4-3. The charges against him include felony retail theft.

The court docket number for this case is CR-181-2023.
