Oxford Man Charged With Child Sex Crimes

OXFORD, PA — A local man has been arrested by the Oxford Borough Police Department on child sexual abuse charges.

Kyle Nessa, age 34, has been charged with Indecent Assault of a Victim Less Than 13 Years of Age, Unlawful Contact With a Minor (Sexual Offense), and Corruption of Minors.

According to the criminal complaint October 5, 2023, the Oxford Police began an investigation into reported child sexual abuse where the victim was less than 13 years of age. As a result of this investigation, 34-year-old Kyle Nessa of Oxford was apprehended by the Oxford Borough Police Department on October 18, 2023, and subsequently transported by Constables to Chester County Prison.

A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for the Oxford District Court.
