WEST READING, PA — Tower Health has appointed Stephanie Goldman, PharmD, BCPS, as its new Vice President of Pharmacy. With immediate effect, Goldman will oversee the management of the health system’s comprehensive pharmacy services, spanning retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy sites.

Before her promotion, Goldman held the position of Regional Director of Pharmacy at Pottstown Hospital within the Tower Health system, where she was instrumental in overseeing all aspects of pharmacy services and staff management. Her tenure was marked by significant enhancements in workflow optimization and operational efficiencies, establishing her as a pivotal pharmacy leader across various systemwide committees.

With over a decade of experience in diverse healthcare environments, Goldman’s extensive background in retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy settings positions her well to lead Tower Health’s pharmacy operations. Her academic credentials are equally impressive, having graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Sciences Philadelphia College of Pharmacy with a doctorate degree in pharmacy.
